The pensions section of Aspira's Executive Reward review will assess a number of issues. For example:

  • Contribution planning - highlighting the pitfalls of the lifetime and annual contribution limits and their tax implications.
  • Retirement planning - understanding all sources of retirement funding, including private pensions, and State benefits.
  • Design and operation of current schemes - evaluating the cost-effectiveness of EPP, Group SIPP and SSAS arrangements.
