March 2009 - Aspira Directors attend Investors in People Networking Day

Aspira's Operations Director, Andy Chidgey and Marketing Director, Charles Keirl recently attended the firm's first Investors in People Networking day.  The event, held at The Gables Hotel in Falfield on 11th March, focused on the subject of Empowerment and Decision-making. 

As part of the day they took part in several group discussion and presentation sessions which aimed to help the attendees in developing decision-making confidence in their employees.  Andy and Charles were in some esteemed company with such businesses as Ginsters, and Bristol Zoo being among some of the familiar names represented at the event.

The day was also an opportunity for Aspira to celebrate its recognition as an Investor in People with some like-minded peers.
