May 2009 - Skills for Life training for Aspira employees

Aspira is working in association with Liz Youster of Weston College to provide Skills for Life training for its staff.  Skills for Life qualifications are designed to improve numeracy and literacy skills which we all need on an everyday basis. 

All staff have undertaken short assessments and will receive support to improve any areas of weakness.

This process, which results in Skills for Life Certificates at either Level 1 or Level 2, is a significant investment of time on behalf of Aspira and its staff.  It confirms our drive for continuous improvement and our focus on providing the best possible service to all our customers.
